In order to help serve you better, allow you greater transparency in how & when we address any issue or query you may have you now have the option of raising a customer support ticket with us.

We’re rolling out an issue tracking system for everyone’s benefit. For our customers it affords further more transparency through this formal controlled mechanism as to how your queries or grievances are being dealt with internally, and for ourselves it reduces the risk of missing an email or other communication that would mean inadvertently dropping the ball on an important issue.
