So what happens after I press purchase?

The way we’ve set ourselves up is to try and simplify the purchase procedure as far as practicably possible. If you look at other similar companies, very few publish their prices and generally rely on Contact forms to facilitate conversations with prospective clients. We decided to go a different route.

  • The prices you see on the website are the base prices we charge.
  • When you place your order you get a download link in the order confirmation for an information request form
  • Fill in the form and return it to us.
  • The information you provide allows us to conduct our initial evaluation and – if drones are involved for aerial imagery – an initial risk assessment of the location which then highlights any risk mitigation measures that may be required.
  • Any additional costs that may be required – for risk mitigation, travel, subsistence, report generation etc., – are then added and a quote emailed to you. That quote’s valid for 30 days from the date on it.
  • If you accept the quote you pay £0 until we deliver what you asked for. That’s our money back guarantee.
